AV Project Solutions Lead

The Opportunity

As our AV Project Solutions Lead you will be responsible for effectively positioning the company to meet strategic goals and grow our installation service range. This position will have a key focus on the tendering process of new business opportunities and end-to-end project management of installation, integrations and servicing agreements. The role will work cross functionally with other departments to ensure that projects are delivered to an excellent standard and that business objectives are met.

This role has the flexibility to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Core Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.Oversee tender documentation, ensuring accurate preparation and submission of forms, SLAs, and cost analyses.Coordinate the delivery of quotations and tender responses for strategic opportunities, ensuring timely and professional submission.Support pre-qualification processes by managing the response workflow, defining deliverables, dependencies, and responsibilities.Develop and maintain sales templates and materials, ensuring they are consistent with company standards.Serve as a primary contact for internal and external client inquiries.Provide clients with weekly progress updates.Collaborate with clients, builders, and consultants as required to assist in the preparation of opportunity responses.Adept at overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraintsStrong strategic mindset with excellent communication skills, effectively collaborating with clients and internal teams

Your Background

AVIXA CTS-D qualification highly regardedProven experience in the AV Installation sectorPossess strong sales expertise within the AV integration industry, with a proven track record of achieving resultsAbility to manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholdersExperience working cross functionally with other departmentsSkilled in developing compelling and competitive proposals and tendersSelf-starter and can work effectively with competing deliverablesAbility to work independently and part of a teamAbility to travel
