Availability Manager

HOW A AVAILBILITY MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems. Coordinates with business and technology teams.

● Responsible for overseeing all Eagle Alliance provided IT services, and ensuring they remain available to the client at all times. This includes desktop, server, network, telephony and cloud based services. In the circumstances where a service outage does occur it is your role to ensure service is restored as fast as possible

● Coordinating with multiple teams to include high level briefings to client and Eagle Alliance senior leadership
● This role requires high level, time sensitive, decision making, while supporting a high profile large Government client
● Once service is restored, root cause analysis is completed, to ensure similar outages do not re-occur

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
● Required Skills and Abilities: Communication, customer service and problem solving
● Preferred Skills: Must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Must be able to multi-task
● Location: On Site
● US Citizenship Required

● Shift: Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm or Monday - Thursday 10am - 8pm (Some holidays are required)

The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
