Our client is currently seeking an experience IVR Engineer to join their growing team. This engineer will be responsible for collaborating with our client's UC Communication teams to design, build, test, and deploy IVR applications.

Skills and Requirements
Desired Skills/Experience
5+ years progressive experience/responsibilities in software development
Knowledge of XML, VXML and Web Services
2+ years developing and supporting IVR Applications in an Avaya Orchestration Designer environment
Ability to work tier 2/3 tickets in an Avaya environment
Experience with large scale IVR implementations
Must have experience integrating IVR with various back-end systems, databases, telephony interfaces, CRM and CTI environments
Experience with Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech technologies
Knowledge of SQL/Oracle query development
Self-starter and motivated to meet timelines and objectives while working on multiple tasks null
