Job Description

Our client is looking for two candidates for long-term positions. One candidate will join the Paint department and the other will join the Metal Bonding department. The most important requirement is reliability and a desire for long-term employment. Candidates will rotate and receive cross-training in multiple departments.

ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly tasks in the Paint or Metal Bonding departmentRotate between departments as needed and receive cross-trainingUtilize hand and power tools effectivelyMaintain a high level of work ethic and organizational skillsPerform quality checks on assembled productsWork efficiently in a fast-paced production environmentLift up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and stooping for extended periodsEnsure reliable transportation to and from workEssential SkillsHigh school diploma or GED3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environmentStrong work ethic and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced production environmentCapability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and perform physical tasksExperience with hand and power toolsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

Machine shop environment with a focus on production and industrial tasks. Employees are expected to work on their feet for extended periods, handle physical tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
