This hands-on position requires **7+ years of experience** in assembly operations, working with structural parts and mechanical assemblies for aircraft systems. You’ll interpret blueprints, work with both manual and automated tools, and be a vital part of ensuring our aircraft systems are flight-ready. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform complex production assembly on structural parts and aircraft systems + Interpret blueprints and specs to ensure precise assembly + Work on a "travel" team and support aircraft maintenance and flight readiness **Preferred Experience & Skills:** + **A&P License** (preferred but not required) + Expertise in **aircraft systems** , including power, hydraulics, and IFE (in-flight entertainment) troubleshooting + Hands-on experience with **exterior panels, composite repair, sealant, ti-foil** + Knowledge of **systems repair** , functional testing, and systems installation If you're passionate about aviation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity could be your next career move! **Pay Details:** $30.74 to $39.14 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
