**Description** Primary Responsibilities Include: + Handling all aspect of service and placement for a defined book of diverse aviation risks, including general aviation, airport liability, products liability, etc. + Leading the renewal and midterm servicing process for these accounts, preparing market submissions, reviewing quotes, drafting coverage comparisons, and negotiating with underwriters. + Maintaining strong client and internal network relationships by: + delivering high-quality service + coordinating timely certificate of insurance and policy issuance + supporting invoicing and coverage inquiries + Updating internal filing systems with current policy and client data, maintaining accurate records, and following internal task management checklists to ensure seamless service delivery. Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity. **Qualifications** Additional responsibilities may include assisting senior brokers on large, complex accounts with renewal preparation, including exposure gathering, submission creation, quote comparisons and renewal certificate issuance.
