The Client Advocate is responsible for maintaining client relationships. The CA role has a strong connection the client’s business and a fundamental understanding of the aviation industry. The Client Advocate contributes to and generates new opportunities with prospects by developing and closing on expanded business services, products and solutions with existing clients. Client Advocates assist in responding to RFPs, oral presentation and help make the pitch. Participation in RFPs may be required on some accounts. As a Client Advocate you should be comfortable with developing innovative solutions
The Client Advocate will be responsible for Aviation Accounts on a National basis. It is expected that the Client Advocate have relationships with Insurers and may be asked to assist with the placement of accounts.
The Client Advocate will be required to work with the Head of Aviation on training needs, KPIs, turnaround time, quality and adoption metrics, regulatory and compliance issues among other operational responsibilities.

Owns and drives client strategy Retains existing book of business, develop, and strengthen client relationships Maximizes the profitability of the client account & drives retention of that business Design and deliver client presentations/proposals, client advocacy reports, client service plans and schedules Follow up on client requests and communicate changes Deliver confirmation of coverage to the client Identify and pursue cross sell opportunities Educate the client on the various offerings and solutions WTW has to offer Creates and manages the E365 plan for the client Manages new business and the RFP processThe Resposibilities:

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $100,000 - $152,000 CAD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
