Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Construction Services Manager to expand our Aviation practice in Houston, Texas!
Kimley-Horn sees significant opportunities to expand our aviation consulting services through growth of a team dedicated to construction phase services (CPS) and resident project representation services (RPR) to existing and future clients. We desire to grow the RPR practice in Texas and other regions across the country. Kimley-Horn’s established relationships and experience serving airports and aviation clients will support this person's professional growth and practice development.
ResponsibilitiesThe focus of the existing regional Aviation practice is primarily to serve the aviation industry with high quality services through planning, design and construction. Our endclients are generally commercial service airports, airlines, FBOs and developers. As a part of the larger Kimley-Horn aviation practice, we also support all regions with the development and production of their client programs. Our ultimate goal for this person is to contribute to the success of the practice by achieving sustainable growth, mentorship and staff development, leveraging both existing Kimley-Horn clients and new clients.
This person will support the growth and development of our TX Aviation practice in the firm by:
Growing a practice of construction management for aviation clients as discussed in practice planning meetings.Recruiting and developing an aviation construction services team based in Texas.Partnering with existing leaders and other aviation partners to develop a deeper understanding of the existing and potential client base, services, and partnerships opportunities.Building upon Kimley-Horn’s current presence in the aviation market across the U.S. to expand our services to new clients.Identifying new clients and future opportunities beyond those identified in the projections with support from local, regional, and national marketing resources.Collaborating with practice teams in other offices who share client relationships that may benefit this person's practice and vise-versa.Collaborating with practice and support partners to develop a sustainable plan for staffing support.Mentoring future staff for professional development and exceptional client service.
