To lead and manage the maintenance operations of Yum! aircraft, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while exercising discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance.
Salary Range: $86,300 to $101,400 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of all aircraft and engine systems. Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance inspections, record keeping, and preflight/post-flight inspections. Manage the procurement of aircraft parts and supplies, maintaining spare part records and inventories. Oversee the aircraft electronic record keeping system and monitor functional check flights as required. Ensure the aircraft interior and exterior appearance is maintained to a high standard. Coordinate with the flight crew for aircraft preparation and return from flight, and assist passengers with baggage and ground transportation. Maintain ground support equipment mechanically and aesthetically, ensuring a clean and orderly appearance in the office and hangar facilities. Operate independently and autonomously as the sole aircraft technician on site, making decisions independently to ensure the highest levels of safety and efficiency.People Leadership:
Operate independently without direct reports, but provide guidance and support to team members as needed. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, flight crews, and administrative assistants.Working Relationships:
Frequent interaction with senior executives, Board Members, flight crews, flight scheduling, and executive team administrative assistants. Collaborate with external vendors, service providers, aircraft OEM, parts suppliers, and training providers as necessary.
