Aviation Mechanical Assembler
**Job Title: Aviation Assembler (contract-to-hire)** **Shift:** 1st Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm (optional overtime before or after hours or on Saturdays) **Pay:** $30-40 per hour (depending on experience) **Location:** Westminster, CO **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Aviation Assembler with experience in aviation turbine engine accessories, including calibration. This role involves working in a climate-controlled back shop, performing bench work, and offers a growth path from Tech 1 to Tech 3. **Responsibilities:** + Disassembly, reassembly, and calibration of aviation turbine engine accessories. + Working from blueprints and schematics to dis-assemble and re-assemble accessories. + Handling PT6A and Rolls Royce 250/350 accessories. + Managing Honeywell and Woodward fuel controls (FCU), fuel metering units (FMU), hydro mechanical units (HMU), and governors. **Requirements:** + Experience with aviation turbine engine accessories, including calibration. + Ability to read and work from blueprints and schematics. + No A&P license required. + DOT testing required. + Willingness to learn; calibration training will be provided (up to 6 months to be proficient). **Benefits:** Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
