THE JOB:  As an Aviation Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing aircraft travel requests, accurately recording and reporting flight crew details, and ensuring the safety of the fleet prior to takeoff.

THE STARTING RATE: $28.50/hour

THE SCHEDULE:

Training hours will fluctuate across day and swing shifts.

Regular schedule of 10PM - 8AM or 11PM - 9AM (4 10-hour shifts)

Ability to work weekends and holidays required.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Receive, process and execute aircraft travel requests from various internal departments.

Schedule travel for customers and executives on company aircrafts when available in along with arrange travel, hotel and ground transportation for crew and company executives when needed.

Communicate passenger special requests and needs to flight crews.

Ensure scheduling software database is updated following a flight including passenger and crew names.

Ensure all required permits are arranged for international flights including landing and overflight permits.

Schedule, maintain, and update flight-crew to ensure compliance with company and Federal Aviation Administration regulations regarding currency, flight and duty times.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

2+ years of relevant experience (i.e. data entry, scheduling, calendar management, reporting)

Heavy attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
