Kimley-Horn is looking for Engineering graduates to join our Orlando, Florida (FL) office in 2024! This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities Support the development of airport pavement management systems for commercial airports and state agenciesTravel to airports nationwide to perform pavement condition inspectionSupport design of airport pavement projects as requestedPrepare analysis reports in support of airport planning, design, and constructionEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of aviation management and other staff, contractors, and others encountered in the course of workManage and deliver tasks under limited supervision and guidanceSupport similar efforts for private and municipal clients on non-aviation related pavement management and maintenance programs Qualifications An ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2024 in one of the following majors:Civil and/or Environmental EngineeringMechanical, Biological, Biosystems, or Agricultural EngineeringEIT/EI certification or have the ability to obtain certificationExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility and willingness to travel for site visits as required by the position (approximately 30% of time)Ability to apply technical skills to meet project demands and solve problems for our clientsPositive attitude and an impressive work ethicClear sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlinesAttention to details and ability to contribute to a positive work environmentPassion and demonstrated drive to achieve goalsExposure to AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and GIS Why Kimley-Horn?
