Aviation Planner

**Overview**
Kimley-Horn's Mesa, AZ office is seeking an Aviation Planner with 10+ years of experience to join their Aviation team! This is not a remote position.
**Responsibilities**
This role will provide support to multiple airport projects across the country leading the analysis and reports for airport planning, programming, and implementation. A candidate should have experience with the preparation of various technical planning analyses / studies that may include Airport Master Plans, Parking, Ground Transportation, Rental Car, and Roadway studies. Additionally, the selected candidate will aid in business development, marketing and promotion efforts, and help manage relationships with key clients.
**Qualifications**
+ 10+ years of aviation planning experience
+ Working knowledge of the airport environment and FAA regulations
+ Experience preparing traffic impact studies, multi-modal planning studies and improvements, traffic signal and lighting plans, signing and striping plans, and a variety of technical and planning reports
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Ability to work with and balance priorities among multiple projects
+ Ability to manage and mentor staff
