Aviation Program Scheduler

GENERAL DESCRIPTION\n

The Program Scheduler will support a very dynamic operation including prototyping, manufacturing, kitting, integration, and delivery. Will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring a schedule and implementing best scheduling practices on multiple projects.\n

DUTIES\n\nDevelop, maintain, and conduct analysis on integrated master schedules (IMS) and integrated master plans (IMP) for multiple programs. \nIntegrate all program activities, associated interdependencies, durations, and resource requirements to construct and maintain a program\/project level IMS.\nSupport Business Development by providing Integrated Master Schedules for proposals.\nProvide reporting, critical path analysis, and program coordination.\nProvide what-if analysis for proposed baseline changes, using standard schedule analysis methodologies and potential courses of actions with forecasts and risks assessments due to program changes or external influence showing an impact to critical path, thereby feeding into the programs risk management process.\nPerform analysis on subcontractor IMS submissions to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.\nPlanning, executing, and tracking program technical, schedule, and cost status, including risk mitigation efforts.\nParticipate in IMS reviews for Leadership\nParticipate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings\nCreate and manage schedules to encompass all deliverables and resource requirements within the scope of project\nOther duties may be assigned.\n\n

EDUCATION\/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\n\nBachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.\nEVM experience preferred.\nA minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience with developing an IMS using Microsoft Project or Primavera.\nKnowledge of DoD acquisition milestones, decision points, and staffing processes.\nAbility to analyze critical paths of numerous projects.\nProficient with Project Online\/Project Web Application Experience working with Resource Loaded MS Project Schedules.\nWe maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing.\n\n
