Job Description
We are seeking experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our team. In this role, you will perform sheet metal fabrication, assembly, installations, and modifications. The project is expected to last for over a year and offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 7am to 4:30pm.
ResponsibilitiesPerform sheet metal fabrication, assembly, installations, and modificationsRead and interpret engineering drawingsWork on various aircraft including commercial aircraft, regional jets, helicopters, and corporate jetsUtilize hand and power tools effectivelyEnsure all work complies with MRO, Repair Station, P145, and P121 standardsEssential Skills3-5+ years of experience in Aircraft Sheet Metal/StructuresProficiency in sheet metal fabrication, assembly, installation, and modificationAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience with various aircraft sheet metal workPossession of own tools, which are etched and inventoriedWillingness to work 5+ hours of overtime weeklyAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in structural modification and aircraft assemblyFamiliarity with rivet and sheet metal techniquesWhy Work Here?
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience with corporate jets in a P145 repair station. You will also have the chance to work overtime, allowing for additional earnings. Join a skilled team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Work Environment
The work environment includes both hangar and outdoor settings. You will be working with various hand and power tools to perform your tasks. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 4:30pm, with the possibility of overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
