Summary: Seeking an Avionics/Elec Tech I to perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics and aircraft systems.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

2 years related work experience or two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams

Preferred Skills:

Experience with splicing, soldering, and pinning of wiring

Familiarity with engineering changes and modifications

Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrates basic technical skills in operational testing and troubleshooting

Performs installation and functional testing of electrical/avionics components per specifications

Assists in ensuring quality and efficiency of installations

Repairs or replaces defective components to ensure conformity

Conducts functional and operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability

Tests and maintains test equipment, electronic systems, and components

Complies with FOD program, tool control program, 5-S program, and all safety regulations

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
