Avionics Instructor
**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Avionics Instructor** in **Crane, IN.** **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Develop Avionics-based training programs and lesson plans + Work with project stakeholders to validate the course outlines to ensure that quality and accuracy meet client expectations + Participate in the development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of training programs and related materials in support of customer products + Build and maintain course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance + Conduct training sessions independently + Develops, tests, maintains and delivers training programs and related materials in support of customer products + Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training + Updates course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance + Comfortable presenting in front of large audiences both in person and virtually **Minimum Qualifications:** + 2+ years of experience related to the above responsibilities + Related experience must include at least some experience supporting the military or a government contract + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Proficient in Microsoft suite + Experience training others **Preferred qualifications:** + Avionics Instructing experience + Knowledge of avionics + Master training specialist or equivalent **Clearance Requirements:** + Ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance, this position will require an active DoD Secret clearance. **Physical Requirements** + Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time + Must be able to communicate converse and exchange information with peers and senior personnel + Must be able to report in office (No fulltime telework) + Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, computer printer and copy machine ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
