Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The AVP, Cross-Sell Marketing is a strategic and innovative leader focused on leveraging advanced analytics and data science to drive personalized marketing campaigns and optimize revenue growth. This role emphasizes the use of data to power cross-sell, upsell, bundling, and increasing wallet share, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis and marketing skills, with a proven ability to develop and execute data-driven personalization strategies that align with monetization goals.

Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging data insights to drive cross-sell, upsell, bundling, refer-a-friend/ referral acquisition programs and increasing wallet share.

Personalization Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for personalized marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with revenue and conversion goals.

Rapid Testing and Optimization: Lead rapid testing and optimization initiatives across all campaigns, including A/B/C testing and other advanced experimentation methods to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.

Advanced Analytics: Utilize data analytics and customer insights to tailor marketing messages and offers, enhancing customer engagement and driving monetization.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of personalization campaigns, using data to optimize and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Customer Segmentation: Develop and maintain detailed customer segments, using advanced analytics to identify high-value opportunities for personalized marketing efforts.

Cross-Channel Coordination: Coordinate personalized marketing efforts across digital, email, social media, and other channels to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience.

Content Personalization: Oversee the creation and delivery of personalized content, ensuring it resonates with targeted customer segments and drives engagement.

Campaign Roadmapping: Develop and maintain plans and roadmaps for personalization campaigns, outlining key initiatives, timelines, and milestones to guide execution.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze campaign results and customer feedback to continuously improve personalization strategies, enhancing effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business, IT, product, and marketing teams to align personalization campaigns with broader business objectives and technical capabilities.

Agile Campaign Management: Implement agile methodologies to manage and execute personalized marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adaptability to changing market conditions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics or related fields; Master’s degree is a bonus.

Digital Marketing or MarTech platform certifications.

5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Technologies, including CRM, CDP, AI tools, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Web, and other digital tools and platforms within the MarTech and AdTech space.

10+ years of overall Marketing experience.

5+ years of experience developing technical requirements for marketing technology projects.

2+ years of experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) features and/or tools for campaign experimentation and revenue optimization.

Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama), Sales & Service Clouds)

Knowledge of SQL, Tableau Cloud and other dashboard/ reporting technologies.

Experience in web analytics and tag management platforms (Google Analytics 4, Tealium)

Experience in Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning

Data Science Proficiency: Strong background in data science or data analysis, with experience in leveraging data to drive marketing and monetization strategies.

Digital & Tech Savvy: Proven experience in executing and optimizing personalization campaigns across various channels and platforms, demonstrating a strong understanding of best practices in privacy, regulations and consent management. Proven ability in learning tools fast.

Rapid Testing and Experimentation: Expertise in designing and executing A/B/C tests and other advanced experimentation methods to optimize campaign performance.

MarTech & Analytics Proficiency: Deep expertise in marketing technologies, including CRM, CDP, Personalization & Journey Orchestration, Attribution, Marketing Automation, Analytics, and other digital tools, with a focus on driving effective personalization and cross-sell.

Strategic Clarity: Ability to break down complex, ambiguous objectives into clear, actionable components, driving strategic clarity.

Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying both strategic vision and technical details.

Proactive Issue Resolution: Highly proactive in identifying potential issues, escalating them as needed, and ensuring swift resolution.

Multitasking Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality outcomes within tight timeframes.

Independent Leadership: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting aggressive timelines.
