AVP, Digital Technology Product Manager

Job Purpose & Scope
Supports and enhances the Digital Technologies used by the Bank and its customers and makes data driven decisions related to product strategy and vision.
Essential Job Functions
+ Manages the digital technology product roadmap and backlog for assigned business lines to prioritize new products, features and enhancements implementation while maintaining a stable production environment.
+ Serves as the subject matter expert between all technology teams and other lines of business for all digital technologies.
+ Participates in ongoing projects as the digital solutions expert, understands the product design and vision, drives development and implementation of these services, and creates an integrated experience for Bank OZK and its users.
+ Develops business requirements with input from product stakeholders and translates them into functional user stories and acceptance criteria.
+ Gathers user feedback and evaluates enhancement requests to continuously improved the products and features available.
+ Collaborates with DevOps, Quality Assurance, Release Management, and other Product Management teams to ensure smooth and well-documented system updates and enhancements.
+ Provides support of the digital technology systems by monitoring product performance and user adoption trends, converting issues and pain points into data driven insights informing preferred product enhancements and selections.
+ Provides ongoing vendor support and maintenance of the platforms.
+ Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions.
+ Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
+ Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
+ Knowledge of online and digital banking systems and effective product management strategies.
+ Knowledge of project methodologies, stakeholder management, feature writing and requirements definition.
+ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks with exacting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to work without close supervision.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or job-related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
+ 5+ years of experience working in product management, product selection, banking, or a financial institution, required.
