Responsible for ensuring a well-trained, highly motivated workforce to provide exceptional customer
service for all field activities in assigned management areas. Ensure solid execution of the company’s
standardized processes and business rules in the areas of Field Operations engineering, plant
maintenance, residential fulfillment and service, construction, contractor management, TQA, safety, and
technical training.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent
