Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

As the AVP, Marketing Campaigns, you will support the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns designed to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our online banking services. You will oversee and participate in the planning, coordination, and reporting of marketing campaigns in support of our Consumer business units. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a data-driven approach, and a deep understanding of channels and campaign management and automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that align with our business objectives and enhance the customer journey, reporting to the VP, Lifecycle Marketing & Demand Generation in MarTech.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, Push, automated direct mail, content marketing, and more for acquisition, deepening and retention across client segments and the overall consumer journey.Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling campaign assets, including copy, visuals, and multimedia content that reflect the bank's brand identity.Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.  Uses segmentation and personas to create personalized marketing messages that resonate with different customer segments.Use data insights to recommend improvements and optimize future campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new campaigns and enhancements to existing ones.Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to industry regulations and standards, maintaining the bank's commitment to compliance. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.Utilizes strong analytical ability to design and evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and client touchpoints.Articulates and advocates for marketing campaign development needs and works with key stakeholders to ensure implementation, communication plans are in place.Collaborates with partner Marketing teams to measure program success and optimize accordingly, consistently planning, supervising and tracking performance to reach and convert the right target audiencesOversee and develop a team of Marketing Specialists, helping to streamline department operations, processes, and reporting while ensuring coverage for all client business units.Create and continuously improve workflows and templates for campaign planning, business unit meetings, project execution, and campaign reporting.Review project plans, content, design, and various other work generated by the Marketing team, ensuring brand, messaging, and audience accuracy, consistency, and compliance.With internal partners and external vendors, coordinate the content, messaging, design, and tracking of marketing efforts in: paid media, email, print, direct mail, broadcast, website, social, SEO, and other key channels.

 Qualifications:
