Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $192,000.00 - $292,500.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

AVP, Media Strategy, Performance and Investment

The AVP, Media Strategy, Performance and Investment will work with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and marketing team to create and execute the marketing media performance strategy that drives consumer demand in support enterprise volume growth goals. As the lead for performance marketing, the AVP will translate strategy into tactical plans by identifying the appropriate media mix to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic and appointment conversions. This includes responsibility for the day-to-day management of the dynamic digital marketing strategy and campaigns which include paid and organic search, display and social advertising strategies. The AVP will work closely with the CMO to set the marketing budget, KPIs and measure progress against agreed goals. With support from agency partner, produce monthly reports for marketing to demonstrate value of marketing activity. Manage agency partner for effective media planning and investment in support of brand strategy and objectives. Working closely with and managing other members of the marketing team, this AVP will ensure successful campaign integration and demand generation. Additionally, the AVP will lead the advancement of marketing analytics capabilities and work with CMO on marketing innovation thought leadership and test strategies.

This position reports to the CMO and has three direct reports.

Day-to-day responsibilities
o    Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge media strategies and digital campaigns from conception to launch
o    Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
o    Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
o    Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
o    Manage analytics lead, SEO director and social media manager for multi-touch attribution insights to inform, execute and optimize marketing strategy
o    Collaborate with agency to build media plans for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
o    Manage the paid media budget and assist in budget setting with CMO
o    Ensure maximum performance of paid and organic search - Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
o    Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
o    Maximize ROI from paid media strategies through continuous testing and refinement
o    In collaboration with agency partner, develop pilot test of cross-channel media effectiveness analysis.

Experience Qualifications – minimum of 10-15 years of media and marketing experience, with at least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and agency partners.
1.    Media and Marketing Expertise
o    Proven experience in performance marketing, media strategy, and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
o    Deep understanding of paid and organic search, display, and social advertising strategies.
o    Knowledge of media planning and investment to align with brand strategy and enterprise objectives.
2.    Analytical and Strategic Skills
o    Experience in setting, tracking, and achieving KPIs.
o    Ability to derive actionable insights from multi-touch attribution and campaign performance.
o    Familiarity with industry best practices, new technologies, and the application of marketing analytics to optimize ROI.
