This position exists to provide valuations to clients in asset classes including residential whole loans, consumer whole loans, structured finance securities, and other related fixed income classes as necessary. The position may also contribute to the development and maintenance of valuation models and related data systems.

Essential Job Functions:

Produces valuation analyses for clients as needed with a high degree of competency, integrity, and customer serviceAssist in the development and maintenance of valuation models to align with industry best practices and changing client needsInterfaces with clients and/or related stakeholders to explain methodologies and resolve valuation issuesOther activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field required or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.Six to ten years of relevant experience in a valuation or buy-side role is preferredStrong understanding of relevant financial and fixed-income topicsStrong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on ExcelDepending on role, additional technical competencies may be required such as Python, Tableau, VBA, SQL, SSRS, C++, RStrong verbal and written communication skills

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$88,000.00 - $123,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
