**Job Description:** AT&T is seeking a dynamic and experienced **_Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Product Management_** to join our Business Product Organization. This role demands a visionary leader with deep expertise in the Silicon Valley Product Group methodologies and SAFE Agile frameworks. The AVP will play a pivotal role in steering our Core Connectivity (Fiber and 5G) or Value-Added Services groups, driving innovation and growth in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and execute product strategies that align with AT&T's business goals, ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions in either Core Connectivity (Fiber and 5G) or Value-Added Services. + **Agile Framework Implementation:** Lead the adoption and implementation of SAFE Agile frameworks across product teams to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and product delivery timelines. + **Product Development:** Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet market demands and customer needs. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies. + **Customer Focus:** Champion the voice of the customer, leveraging insights and feedback to drive product improvements and innovation. + **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the connectivity and value-added services sectors. + **Team Leadership:** Mentor and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. + **Financial Management:** Manage product budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the technology or telecommunications industry. + Proven experience with Silicon Valley Product Group methodologies and SAFE Agile frameworks. + Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving product innovation. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Our AT&T Assistant Vice President Management & Development - CPE and Converged Products earn between $ 231,700 - $ 347,500.
