The Salesperson is a key member of Asset Management segment team supporting the growth and development of Citi’s Securities Services business in Luxembourg and Ireland. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of securities services, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the team. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
To support the business development of Citi’s Securities Services business to Asset Management clients with a specific focus on Luxembourg and Ireland fund complexesTo track the origination plan and its execution focused on driving Securities Services mandates with Asset Managers operating Luxembourg and Irish fundsGrow the revenue and net income of the business by increased sales momentum, revenue realization and specific sales campaigns / initiativesTo position Citi’s Securities Services business into clients, influencers, consultants to positively impact Citi’s brand including external speaking and industry engagementWhat you’ll do
