You and Your Job

As an AVP - Financial Analyst II you will be successful by making informed decisions based on customer information through financial analysis and underwriting. Additionally, collaboration with other members of your team and building relationships will be crucial to success.

Analyze and assess the (potential) client's credit and identify/mitigate key risks. Assist the Relationship Manager in all aspects of the underwriting process, including but not limited to portfolio management, attending site visits (when requested) and providing high quality customer service. Stay abreast of market/industry developments.

Job Responsibilities

ANALYSIS

Analyze & assess the (potential) client’s credit & operational risk using multiple sources of information (e.g., customer’s credit and operating risks, current and historical financial statements, cash flows, tax returns, and financial trend analyses).Accompany Relationship Managers (RMs), when requested, on customer farm visits/evaluations.Contribute to a full understanding of the client's business.

PROCESS SUPPORT

Assist the RM in all aspects of managing their portfolio.Work effectively within the Customer Team (e.g., Credit Officer, RM, and Customer Relationship Specialist) to meet customer expectations.

SERVICING

Execute various (financial/administrative) servicing activities (e.g., partial release, modifications, assumptions).

MONITORING

Monitor loan compliance (e.g., covenant compliance, delinquencies).Assist in the analysis and preparation of annual reviews and loan strategy reports.

MARKET DEVELOPMENTS

Stay abreast of relevant developments in the market.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $53,000.00 - $70,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
