Axos is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Manager. In this role, you will oversee a team of Commercial Lending Specialists, providing day-to-day support, training and coaching. You will ensure the accurate and efficient management of commercial loan portfolios, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective team leadership.Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for department staff, including performance management, monthly coaching, and training to ensure compliance with procedures and regulationsManage daily operations of the commercial real estate portfolio, including payment processing, GL balancing, and monthly reconciliationsDrive strategy, development, and execution of initiatives within the Central Lending Operations teamIdentify and implement process improvements aligned with bank and departmental goalsLead the wire processing team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)Build and develop a team focused on commercial real estate loan servicing.Review and approve wire transactions as neededOversee accurate and timely commercial loan onboarding, funding, term updates, and construction drawsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of experience in commercial loan servicing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of commercial loan products, servicing systems, and regulatory requirements.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholdersDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and complianceKnowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.Experience with commercial real estate lendingAxos Employee Benefits May Include:
