Division Profile:
Wealth Management Risk is responsible for identifying, measuring and managing the current and emerging risks of the WM division and, in coordination with WM's Business Control Units and Second Line Risk Management and Compliance, implementing control processes and procedures to mitigate risk consistent with WM's risk appetite and governance framework.


Position Summary:
Wealth Management Risk - COO Reporting Analytics Team has been established to provide WM Risk with key business information to support strategic decision making. In partnership with Analytics Data, the team produces key reports for senior management within the Risk organization, regulators, and other stakeholders. Team supports WM Risk in its growing data needs, ensuring high-quality, actionable, facts-based insights.

The role offers an opportunity to establish the initiative of automation framework for business reporting and help Analytics team. The role would also grow into AI enablement for WM organization. Expectations are to develop understanding of Wealth Management business, to partner with Risk teams across multiple risk stripes, Analytics Data, Business units, and IT. The role also offers an opportunity to be part of team establishing Business Intelligence and carrying the transformation into data-driven, insights-based, decision-making ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
> Collaborate with teams in Mumbai, NY, and Budapest to evaluate and establish an automation framework for suite of senior management reports which are be produced on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
> Managing the project and team who would generate opportunities and automate business reports
> Analyze data to identify key risk trends to be escalated to management.
> Identify, log, and assist in resolving data gaps and issues with our IT partners.
> Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and other tools to enable WM Risk organization greater visibility into key business data elements.
> Be the ambassador for digital transformation of the division, applying data techniques.
> Draft and maintain procedure documents.

> Core Automation Skills
> Project Management Skills
> Strong Communication Skills
> Abilities and experience to play with multiple and variety of datasets in different formats.
> Conceptual knowledge of SQL, Any Database or BigData knowledge
> Familiarity with DataIku or any other EDA/Advance ETL Tool, such as DataRobot, Alteryx, DataBricks, Informatica, Talend, etc
> Understanding of any Data Visualization Tool: Tableau, PowerBI, QlikSense/QlikView
> Analytical skills with good aptitude
