In this role as Associate Vice President - Professional Service , you’ll lead a team of stellar Consultants, Project Managers, and Program Managers to ensure the seamless implementation of our products. Your mission: to lead, inspire, and drive success across our growing India team of 50+ employees, all while being a key player in the US Delivery Function’s senior leadership.

What You’ll Do: Champion Customer Success: Own a portfolio of high-impact customer accounts, driving strategic initiatives and revenue growth. Lead Major Implementations: Manage multi-year SaaS implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time and exceed client expectations. Governance Guru: Establish robust governance with both internal and client stakeholders. Customer Whisperer: Build strong customer rapport, boosting satisfaction and loyalty. Project Maestro: Oversee project schedules, risk management, and budgets, ensuring all contractual commitments are met. Tech Leader: Provide technical leadership for digital project implementations, guiding cross-functional teams to success. Strategic Innovator: Offer strategic guidance during implementation phases, ensuring all tools, processes, and staff are primed for success.
