Job Purpose & Scope Oversees Trust System processing for all accounting and securities transactions which includes trust tax processing, coordinating trust system enhancement implementation and communication, and monitors, updates and implements the trust disaster recovery program. Essential Job Functions Reviews tax estimates and communicates changes, funds DDA and processes any manual tax payment to be entered into the system for posting and check processing, and adjusts Trust Desk tax coding on held away accounts. Performs Trust Tax processing for Trustdesk clients via Onesource. Manages the Trustdesk platform and is responsible for recommending updates or upgrades to the system and manages any associated implementation. Establishes, monitors and updates Trustdesk and Client Point userids and coordinates internal and external audit requests for system access. Maintains the FIS Learning Center. Updates, monitors, implements and communicates the Trust Disaster Recovery Program. Prepares monthly asset reports for Trust Committee. Provides input into the creation and maintenance of desk procedures for Trust Operations department. Processes Incoming and Outgoing ACAT. Prepares necessary reports and supplemental documentation for Trust Division, as requested. Creates Trustdesk downloads and creates customized reports as required by management. Manages Trust Statement types and implements changes as needed. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions. Maintains good punctuality and attendance at work. Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of securities industry transaction flow. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management. Ability to build relationships and influence across diverse groups of stakeholders. Ability to work on multiple projects at once with exacting deadlines. Ability to demonstrate initiative to accomplish work objectives. Ability to work effectively and demonstrate flexibility in a continually changing environment. Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, required. 5+ years of experience in a financial/accounting setting such as banking, securities, or trust, required.
