YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design both eLearning and instructor-led solutions within the Asset Wealth Management Team.  Ideal candidates will have extensive experience managing multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment delivering a training product that is both comprehensive and cohesive. In this role, the candidate will be required to collaborate and consult with subject matter experts to identify training needs and design learning solutions to enhance and improve the learning process. This role may also require mentoring and coaching of others. The right candidate will be proactive, articulate, efficient, organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

Identifies strategic learning opportunities and leads creation/implementation of effective learning solutionsDevelops and updates both eLearning and Instructor Led materialReviews current Learning activities, assignments and assessments to ensure they are relevantCollaborates with subject matter experts to develop or update course materialDeveloping Instructor’s manuals, rubrics, and other teaching toolsAnalyzes, updates, and refines existing content where needed Keeps current on best practices in instructional designWorks with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by usersSurveys Facilitators to ensure material is working as expected Facilitate training when support when needed

Qualifications: 

Knowledge of instructional design theory, including assessmentProficiency with managing LMS platformsExcellent project management and organizational skills Experience with design platforms and course management systemsExcellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey financial services material with new hires and tenured colleagues alikeAbility to think critically and creativelyAbility to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines

Preferred Qualifications 

3+ years of experience in Instructional DesignExperience using and managing an LMSExperience with design platforms such as Adobe Creative suite and Articulate 360/StorylinePrior Call Center and FinTech Services experience
