As a Mutual Fund Specialist, you will be part of the Product & Billing team responsible for maintaining the Mutual Fund platform, revenue calculations and reconciliation, and inquiries from the lines of business. The Mutual Fund Product & Billing team works with the legal department to review and obtain all Dealer Agreements between Mutual Fund families and the Firm. The Product Team will work in tandem with the Mutual Fund teams to initiate changes and manage all fund attribute changes made in the system in accordance to outside service providers. 

The Product Team utilizes a proprietary system to calculate & pay service fees for omnibus positions, and to facilitate the payment of 12B-1 fees for omnibus positions held with the fund companies. All invoiced requests for payment and outstanding receivables are tracked, reported and monitored by the Team on a daily basis.
