We're seeking an experienced manager to lead our AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) team. We are looking for a strong background in cloud infrastructure, software development, team leadership and leading open-source projects. You'll guide the evolution of AWS CDK, working closely with developers, stakeholders including the open-source community, and customers to shape the future of infrastructure as code.

Key job responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of developers working on AWS CDK
* Collaborate with other teams contributing to AWS CDK
* Engage with customers and the developer community to gather feedbac, prioritize features and define a product roadmap
* Oversee the technical architecture and design decisions for AWS CDK
* Manage projects to on-time delivery
* Participate in escalation manager on-call rotation
* Drive adoption of AWS CDK through advocacy and education initiatives
* Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies in Infrastructure as Code
