Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to join a dynamic team in Uptown, Charlotte. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency for our digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services.

Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.

Write and maintain scripts and automation tools using Python.

Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud solutions and ensure optimal performance.

Monitor cloud resources, identify issues, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.

Ensure adherence to best practices for cloud security and compliance.

Participate in on-call support and troubleshoot complex cloud-related issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience with AWS cloud services.

Proficiency in Terraform and/or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Experience with cloud security best practices and monitoring tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
