Overview We are seeking a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization's cloud strategy. This role requires close collaboration with development and operations teams to establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, and enhance infrastructure efficiency. Main Tasks + Design, implement, and manage AWS Public Cloud infrastructure. + Monitor AWS environments proactively using CloudWatch. + Develop and implement robust Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions. + Manage AWS services, including EC2, Lambdas, S3, VPC, IAM, Athena, Glue, SQS, Kinesis Firehose, RDS, and CloudWatch. + Provide Tier 1 to 3 support, lead remote assistance, and manage escalations. + Configure and maintain Security Groups to ensure a strong security posture. + Utilize Terraform or OpenTofu for resource provisioning and infrastructure management. + Work with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration. + Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to streamline deployment processes. + Develop in AWS environments such as ECS, Fargate, and EKS, optimizing for scalability and performance. Technical Skills Required + Senior-level experience (3+ years) in Public Cloud Operations. + Strong hands-on experience in AWS administration and configuration. + Proficiency in scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or OpenTofu. + Familiarity with Linux environments. + Good knowledge of Cybersecurity tools, SAML, and two-factor authentication methods. + Strong troubleshooting skills and proactive system monitoring abilities. Soft Skills + Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally. + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. + Effective English verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences. + Action-oriented, with a proactive approach to follow-ups and task completion.
