You will be at the heart of the technical solutioning and leading-edge product development. Work you'll do: As a Technical Lead, you will be required to interpret business needs and select appropriate technologies and have experience in implementing technical solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will work with key business stakeholders, IT experts, and subject-matter experts to plan and deliver optimal data solutions. You will create, maintain, and optimize data pipelines as workloads move from development to production for specific use cases to ensure seamless data flow for the use case. You will perform technical and non-technical analyses on project issues and help to ensure technical implementations follow quality assurance metrics. You will analyze data and systems architecture, create designs, and implement information systems solutions. The current application is built in an AWS cloud environment and requires a full modernization effort. Experience in modernizing and re-architecting applications is desired. Qualifications Required: + Active TS/SCI security clearance or above. + Bachelor's degree in a related field. + 8+ years' experience in Application Modernization from a solutioning perspective + 6+ years' experience managing a team in a Cloud environment + 3+ years' experience working in Agile environment. + Ability to be on-site 60% of the time at a client SCIF located in NW Washington D.C. + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Desired: + Familiarity with CI/CD Deployments + AWS certification(s) + Familiarity with Cloud environments, particularly AWS. + Understanding of AWS OpenSearch or Elasticsearch + Experience with AWS Glue Travel: You will be required to work at the client site for at least 60% of your work week. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600-$241,000.
