The team

As part of our Product Engineering Services practice, we are looking for a talented AWS Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in contributing to practice initiatives, maintaining technical expertise, and staying current with the latest technology trends in Cloud and Product Engineering. If you're passionate about the Cloud space and want to work on impactful products, this is the role for you!

The role

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Product Expertise: Gain deep technical knowledge of reusable platform products and architecture to facilitate technical requirement discussions with stakeholders. Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new users and subscribers of platform products, ensuring a seamless experience. Feature Request Management: Manage and track new feature requests for platform products to drive product improvement and innovation. Integration Planning: Create integration diagrams and define API contracts between applications and platform products to ensure smooth interoperability. Scrum Team Support: Act as the point of contact (POC) for all technical requirements for scrum team members, providing guidance and resolving issues. Serve as a backup for the Product Owner (PO) when necessary.

What you’ll bring

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Certification: AWS Solutions Architect – Associate Certification (or equivalent AWS certification). Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Developer or Systems Analyst with a focus on requirement management, application design, and systems integration design. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. Product Mindset: Goal-oriented with a product-focused mindset to achieve desired outcomes and continuously improve the product offering.

Experience with AWS architecture and solutions. Experience working in Agile environments.
