About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Storekeeping Assistant to join our Purchasing Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Receipt of goods according to the correct specifications indicated in the purchase order. Entering purchase orders into the system. Placing orders for supplies and materials required for hotel operations and handling  merchandise returns. Orders preparation and transfers to the different departments. Control of warehouse stock as well as rotations. Maintaining the order and correct functioning of the warehouse. Inventory taking.
 

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualification & Experience:

Any purchasing control system’s experience will be an advantage. Experience in 5 star properties  At least 1 year in similar Job in hotel Industry.

Skills

 Person with positive attitude and willingness to learn.  Friendly, approachable and professional  Desirable: Multi lingual in English.
