Las actividades principales consisten en:

1- Redacción y actualización de documentos del sector

2- Utilización de los equipos del sector RCM como CIP/SIP skid, disruptor, UF/MF

3- Trabajo en isolador para preparación de semilla

4- Monitoreo de parámetros de cultivos

5- Elaboración de reportes de procesos
