Job Description

We are looking for dedicated AZ drivers to join our short haul team in Port Sydney, Muskoka starting on Sunday nights and returning mid-day Friday. You will be required to sleep in the truck bunk during hauls. You will be responsible for safely transporting materials across Northern and Sourthern Ontario.

What you'll be responsible for: 

Safely operating an AZ truck and trailer transporting materials to various locationsConducting thorough pre and post trip inspections of the vehicleSafely loading and unloading materials, ensuring load security Following assigned routes and schedules, adapting to environmental or route changesPerforming manual tarping on loads when necessary

Qualifications

What you'll need: 

Valid AZ drivers license with a clean CVOR and drivers abstractExperience operating 18 speed manual transmission is preferredMinimum 3 years experience as an AZ driver in a similar roleMust be physically able to perform repetitive lifting up to 50lbsMust be comfortable sleeping in truck bunk during hauls
