Azure AI Lead Solution Architect

Job Description:

 We are seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Microsoft/Power Platform/Azure/AI ecosystem. This role is pivotal in leading technical initiatives and driving successful automation programs for our business. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of Microsoft technologies and the ability to architect scalable, governable, and innovative solutions. You will work with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers and data modelers to ensure current and new data architecture is optimized to meet business goals. You will need to understand various source systems and how the data support key business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of technical architecture solutions and enterprise application builds using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot and Azure. Develop and maintain scalable environment strategies that ensure governability and compliance. Oversee the setup, configuration, and support of automation programs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Business Collaboration: Work closely with the business to identify their needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements. Provide strategic guidance on best practices and environment strategy for utilizing Microsoft products to maximize business outcomes. Build and sustain strong client relationships through effective communication and project management. Solution Development and Innovation: Design and occasionally develop applications using Copilot, Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate. Leverage Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure AI to build robust and intelligent solutions. Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies to continuously improve solution offerings. Project Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. Ensure adherence to software development best practices and promote a culture of excellence. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Expertise:

Proficiency in AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, large language models, and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R). Experience with Azure, Azure AI, Copilot and Microsoft Power Platform. Preferred and nice to have certifications: Microsoft Certified Azure Developer, Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer and Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect. Experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI. Deep knowledge of Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AI, and Azure DevOps. Strong background in software development, with expertise in .NET, C#, Python and other relevant technologies. Familiarity with data integration and management tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. Professional Experience: 8 to 10 years development experience with 3+ years architecting and delivering complex solutions using Microsoft technologies. Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud architectures. Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end automation projects. Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and AI are highly desirable.

Working Conditions:
