Are you an Azure expert ready to lead innovative cloud projects in Norway? We're looking for an experienced Cloud Architect with a deep background in Microsoft Azure to join a dynamic team and drive impactful solutions.
Role Overview:
* Location: Kristiansand or Drammen (Oslo-area candidates must be willing to travel to Drammen 2-3 days/week)
* Language Requirements: Proficiency in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architect & Manage: Design, review, and provision Azure infrastructure, including Azure Kubernetes Services, while ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
* Innovate & Guide: Develop solution design artifacts, provide strategic recommendations, and mitigate project risks, all while leading Azure infrastructure design.
* Migration Expertise: Lead On-Prem to Azure migrations and design seamless integration strategies for client networks.
* DevOps Leadership: Define and implement an Azure DevOps strategy, automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC frameworks (ARM, Terraform, Azure CLI, PowerShell), and oversee CI/CD pipelines.
* Collaborate & Communicate: Liaise with internal teams and clients, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality deliverables, and adherence to compliance and security protocols.
* Technical Leadership: Leverage experience in microservices (Docker, Kubernetes) to support PaaS solutions and showcase your thought leadership in customer interactions.
Skills & Experience:
* Primary Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Azure services, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes; experience with networking, monitoring tools, and setting up robust disaster recovery strategies.
* Secondary Skills: Strong grasp of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and integration with client networks; fluency in Azure Data Services and strong scripting capabilities (PowerShell).
* Valuable Extras: Familiarity with additional DevOps platforms (Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible), experience with AD Synchronization, LDAP, ADFS, and advanced configuration management.
Compensation:
* Base Salary: NOK 750,000 - 1,100,000 (dependent on experience and level).
* Bonus Potential: Additional NOK 125,000 (for senior management level).Apply
