As a member of the Azure M365 team, you will play a crucial role in developing automated workflows and advanced tools that enhance our ability to respond and deploy products swiftly and responsibly, enabling us to stay ahead in how we deliver solutions to the enterprise.

Your primary focus will be to successfully build, develop, and drive new initiatives to further expand our portfolio according to business needs and company roadmap. You will participate and often lead in the development and integration of the MS stack portfolio offerings.
This position will require on the job senior level development coding and scripting experience. With extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 stack and Azure cloud platform. You will be required to work and collaborate with engineers across various parts of the organization. Helping to Integrate, automate and deploy the latest additions to the Microsoft Azure and 365 platform.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement automated workflows.Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes and implement automation solutions.Working knowledge of Developer Productivity and modern software development practices such as DevOps, DevSecOps, Azure AI-assisted Software Development, Azure Cloud Development Environments and Platform Engineering Conducts research into technology trends, existing vendor capabilities and existing system capabilities. While exploring business and emerging opportunities to optimize the Microsoft portfolio and deliver solutions.Realizing architectural discussions and decisions, carrying out selected technologies, designing scalable and sustainable solutions, and planning for future growth. Constantly being informed about the latest developments in the LLM and generative AI field and identifying opportunities to apply new methods or technologies to improve the MS Copilot offerings Development and automation of provisioning infrastructure and Azure Functions, using Kubernetes and or terraform with knowledge of Ansible. GitHub actions also preferred. Automation for self-orchestration of virtual machines for onboarding with integration with Service NowWill be responsible to automate and integrate various Azure WorkloadsEnsure all automation processes comply with applicable security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.At times create Data Dashboards using Power Automate or Power BIExperience:
Experience across Microsoft cloud solutions including Azure infrastructure, Azure Developer, Azure data, AI Copilot, modern workplace, productivity, and security.Technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python Experience working with APIs and integrating with third-party systems.Areas where AI Copilot can be leveraged for implementation.Experience with Infrastructure Configuration Solutions, such as Azure Automation, Orchestrator, Azure Desired State Configuration, Puppet, Chef, and others.Experience designing and implementing with cloud SaaS, LaaS and PaaS ServicesUsage knowledge of Azure Resource Manager Experience, DevOps philosophies and working with infrastructure-as-code. Knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps or JiraCloud Solution Design Skills, experience with cloud Monitoring and Alerting Solutions, such as Azure Monitor or Log Analytics.Experience using Azure resources and subscriptions (e.g., Synapse, ADLS, Logic Apps)Experience with developing and presenting engineering designs and diagrams.Conducts research into technology trends, existing vendor capabilities and existing system capabilities and provides options and recommendations to leverage technologies for business benefits.Collaborates with senior business and IT stakeholders to secure strong engagement for the solution and ensures that the delivery of the Platform aligns to longer-term strategic roadmap.Required Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in consultative/complex technical security and deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, security certifications).3+ years of experience in automation engineering, process automation, or related fields.Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) and familiarity with automation frameworks and tools.Experience working with APIs and integrating with third-party systems.Ability to learn new technology at a rapid pace.Understanding of cloud vs. on-premises computing is preferred.Preferred Qualifications
5+ years’ experience working on technical projects.5+ years of success in consultative/complex technical security sales and deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
The typical base pay range for this role is between $125K - $182K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
