Job Posting Title: Azure Software Engineer III Location: Remote Description: The ideal candidate for this role has 5+ years of relevant work experience. They understand customer needs, conduct research, and work with other software developers to produce code that meets system requirements. They design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications. They support and/or install software application systems and participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software. They are familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Development Technologies: + C# + .NET Framework + SQL + REST API + Azure resources (Data Factory, App Insights, Cosmos, Function Apps, Service Bus, Synapse) Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training is required. + Azure certification(s) would be a plus. Required Knowledge and Experience: + Knowledge of project management techniques (cross-functional experience is highly desirable). + Experience with structured design, development, and implementation of new and established computing architectures. + Technical team leadership experience. + Experience in Scaled Agile Framework is preferred. + Experience with multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments. + Expert-level knowledge in Azure (PaaS, IaaS). + Knowledge of development practices, cloud-native patterns, and API development using C#. + Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. + Knowledge of all components of a technical architecture. + Strong understanding of network architecture. + Ability to understand the long-term (“big picture”) and short-term perspectives of situations. + Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture requirements. + Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems. + Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technology. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Excellent planning and organizational skills.
