The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation.

This role involves working in various departments within our pork processing facility. Responsibilities include standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching across different areas. Many tasks require lifting, with weights potentially up to 62 lbs.

The work environment can be extremely cold, damp, or extremely hot and humid, with slippery surfaces. The position involves repetitive motions and candidates must be willing to learn basic to intermediate knife skills, such as trimming and deboning meat products. Some roles may also involve operating powered equipment, including saws or skinner machines.

Employees must be prepared to undertake any additional tasks assigned by management.
