Additional Information4-7 years experience min in shop or dealership, able to perform all diagnosis or repair with no help from shop foreman, R&R any type of work including heavy duty or light duty repairs with no assistance, have great communication skills verbally or written on vehicle repairs or communication with engineers - factory tech lines , should be able to diagnosis vehicle and repair vehicles with very little or no help from shop foreman, factory training should be 100% web based and have at least 75-95% hands on training, Min ASE should be 3-5, Tech Efficiency average should be 85-100%
Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
