Job Description **Job Summary:** The Clinical Director is responsible to provide consultation to the Licensed Therapists **,** supervision to the Clinical Trainees, Mental Health Practitioners, and Interns, and maintain clinical files for Hope and the Behavioral Health Clinic. **Major Job Responsibilities:** + The Clinical Director is responsible to provide consultation to the Licensed Therapists and supervision to theClinical Trainees and Interns. + Provides supervision **/** clinical oversight to Licensed Therapists, Psychologists, Clinical Trainees, and Interns. This position conducts regular supervisory sessions with staff for coaching and clinical consultation related to clients and performance. + Provides intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy services **Job Requirements:** **Education** : M.S., M.A. Licensed Mental Health Professional including LP, LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, State Licensing Board-Approved status as a Clinical Supervisor. **Job Related Experience** : Minimum of five years of experience in human services counseling position. Prior supervisory and/or management experience preferred.
