B2B Account Manager - Uber Shuttle

**About the Role**
Uber Shuttle is looking for an experienced account manager to join our B2B EMEA team. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our cross-function teams to ensure we deliver exceptional customer experience.
Uber Shuttle account manager owns the relationship with all our customers, focuses on proactive client engagement activities, responds for client satisfaction, protects GBs aiming to grow the accounts and prevent churn.
This role will be primarily focused on the Egyptian market with a possibility to manage key accounts from the Saudi market.
**What the Candidate Will Do:**
1. Proactively engage with all client activities to understand their needs and concerns
2. Develop and manage account plans to achieve client objectives
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions
4. Analyse client data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges
5. Conduct admin training and rider onboarding for all new deals
**What the Candidate Will Need:**
1. 2+ Years of account management experience with a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
4. Strong use of insights and data-driven decision-making

1. Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools.
2. Experience with ride-hailing or similar industries
