B2B Brand Partnerships Manager

Job Description The B2B Brand Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving lead generation, strategic partnerships, and brand advocacy to support Globe Business’ 2025 objectives. With an MQL-first mindset, this role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with industry associations, business organizations, and key partners to position Globe Business as a trusted enabler of digital transformation and sustainable success.

As a lead advocate for small and medium businesses (SMBs), the manager will spearhead strategic engagements, thought leadership opportunities, and industry collaborations to reinforce Globe Business’ role. This role works closely with the Core Marketing team to ensure that leads generated from partnerships are effectively nurtured through the marketing funnel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

Identify and engage potential partners, including industry groups, technology enablers, and business chambers.

Establish, negotiate, and maintain partnerships that drive business impact and brand credibility.

Co-develop campaigns, activations, and initiatives with partners to create mutually beneficial engagements.

Identify and secure speaking engagements, industry panels, and thought leadership opportunities to showcase Globe Business’ expertise. Position Globe Business executives and subject matter experts as key opinion leaders in digital transformation, innovation, and SMB growth.

Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product Teams to integrate partnerships into the business strategy.

Define and track KPIs for partnerships and campaigns, ensuring measurable business impact. Provide regular insights and reports to optimize future initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partnership management and campaign execution.

Experience in telecommunications or tech-related field preferred

B2B experience and market insighting experience are advantageous

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Pardot system.

Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.

Demonstrated ability to create and execute comprehensive GTM plans, including lead nurturing strategies.

Bachelor's Degree in any related field
