We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Business Development Representative to join our team within a fast-paced, international IT sales environment. This role is ideal for a self-starter who’s passionate about helping startup companies grow through tailored software solutions. You’ll be responsible for initiating outbound outreach, primarily through cold calls, to identify business needs, present value-driven solutions, and build meaningful relationships with key decision-makers

What you’ll be doing:

Proactively reach out to startup companies to understand their business needs and offer tailored software solutions.

Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and identify opportunities for tailored software solutions adoption.

Deliver engaging product presentations and demos to highlight features, benefits, and ROI.

Develop tailored proposals that align with the customer’s business goals and technical needs.

Handle objections effectively and guide prospects through the sales funnel toward contract signature.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM systems.

Provide timely forecasts and sales reports to management.

Suggest improvements to the sales process and share customer feedback with internal teams.

Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers in startup companies.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in B2B software or SaaS sales - ideally working with small to medium businesses.Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.Comfort presenting and demoing cloud-based software (experience with Google products is a plus).Hands-on experience with CRMs and sales productivity tools.Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.A natural relationship builder with a curiosity for startups and technology trends.Fluent in English.
